About me

I am a trance producer from slovak republic, coming to give you my own expression of trance music, which is hardly comparable to any other. I specialize in atmospheric tunes, easy and mellow mellodies with rythmic experimentations.
My goal is to awake happiness in listeners. Spirit of my songs is unleashed after second or third listen. My music is not heavy, some would describe it as "stylish" mellow.

Faithful: Beutiful remix by Morphine

I love sound of Morphine. Actually he was and will be my music production teacher. Few years ago, we met at www.sectionz.com and he helped me a lot with my music production. He also made a remix of Faithful, and gave a new feel to this song. Although the remix is not new I wanted to publish it, so everybody can hear sound of morphine.

Imphenzia - State of confusion (Adraw remix)

Original mix of this wonderful track found a way to me maybe half a year ago and since then, I knew I loved this track. It simply welcomed me with nice embracing filtered melody and lovely combination of bassline and lead instruments. I loved the way it touched me.

When song finds its way to me I try to remix it. With this one. It was a bit difficult. I couldn't find expression, which is comparable to original mix and which is of the same (or even higher) quality. Until recently I tried at least dozen of approaches to make this remix work. Neighter worked. Until recently.

First, let me introduce original mix:

YOUTUBE: link
SOUNDCLICK: link

In this remix I was experimenting with bassline and padding. The goal was to create sonic space around main melody. Using mild arpegios and gentle pads, I created atmospheric box around rapidly progressing theme. Building up with several steps, track progresses towards original mix's main theme, which is then used as a foundation for further melodic passages. After short breakdown. Main melody is presented with "crying analog supersaw" lead. Traversing over melodic climax, the track slowly fades out leaving the listener with closed eyes wanting to experience "State of confusion" once more.

I would like to thank author of original mix: Imphenzia. If you would like to find more about him and his wonderful melodies, please take a look at his homepage.

Fletcher's story (original mix)

Fletcher's story is a track, which could be described as powerfull, electro trance track. Starting with simple loop and taking multiple progressive steps, this track develops into powerful trance anthem.

Simplicity is the key to this track. Short mellodic lines are underpinned with lively bassline trying to lift the mix even higher then melody would allow. Sometimes you may hear mellody in background, which tells different story than main melodic line.

Interesting fusion of bassline with melody create conversation, which you would probably like to listen to again and again.

F.T. (S3RiOUS progressive remix)

F.T. is song which I loved to produce. It was kind of milestone in my music production, becouse I spent much more time than usual to produce a track. I desperately wanted my music to become more listenable. As I released the track, I didnt knew, it would attract attention of great Slovak producer called S3RiOUS. I already knew his remix would be speciall when I listened to samples of his previous production, but the resulting mix turned out to be much better than my best expectations.

Let me share some of the impressions I got after listening to this track: First thing that caught my attention was solidity of the beat. This remix is really danceable and relaxing at the same time. Sometimes the track shows the atmosphere of the original, sometimes it deepens it even further with deep underwater like feel. I like the track progression, as it definitely tells a story, story which is so simple and yet so beautifull you are forced to listen to this track again and again.

Thanx S3RiOUS

Synergy (Guitar contract mix)

Recently I have been listening to some of my older tracks and discovered Synergy. Let me tell you something about the old version first. It was an exctraordinary track combining two mellodies into one coherent track. The key in original version was constant progression without climax. Everytime the track seemed to culminate, another mellody approached slowing down overall tempo. This combination created kind of dialogue without end.

In newest version I tried to stabilize track to one lead motif and make that one more enjoyable to listenters ear. I have been playing with drum line, bass line and also with overall structure of the track. As a result, there is a fresh new track, which retains feel of the original yet brings a lot new elements.

Track starts a with slow intro which is interrupted with approaching groovy breakbeat pattern. Yet the pattern comes only to start the 4/4 experience which comes a little bit later. After that, the track becomes one big progression. Waving with light arpegios, yet grounded on breathing bassline and solid beat, melody ellements are introduced and the track harmony is shaped. In the middle of track, main mellody is suddenly introduced as unexpected as though it should have never come. After that track changes dramatically and in this version also reaching its climax. After loosing all accumulated energy. Track fades out with gentle arpegiations.

Please, if you enjoy this track, let me know, write comment or mail me. I am looking forward to your opinions.

Toxem (star electro mix)

You might, or might not know the track called Toxem. Let me show you, what some of the people considered to be main points of this track. Some said, this track was very lightweight and easy to listen to, some said, it is very playful and enjoyable, some sayed, that only second listen allowed them to discover whats really behind.
Wouldnt you like such responses? Still I felt, the track could be better designed, than it was before. I wanted to let the feel of the track remain untouched, so I played a little with it and you may now listen to the result (probably ;)) playing on my Soundclick player. With this track, I wanted to break my creative dryspell and begin anew.
Please support this track with some of your nice words.

Thank You.

New headphones, new sound

I own my Sennheiser HD280 pro for quite some time. My first experience with them was  - ouch that sounds awful, it hurts, omg. what i bought. That was my first impression, which changed when I got used to them. What was hurting me at first, were the frequencies, which i never heard in my previous headphones. After some time, i learned, how to recognize stereo image with that headphones and learned, how to produce with them overtime. As HD280 are closed headphones, they have very narrow soundstage and are pretty resonant. They were also not really good for longer mixing sessions, so there was a time for upgrade.

And recently i upgraded with a giant step forward and bought HD650, former flagship of sennheiser (only recently replaced with - extremely expensive - HD800). And after listening to first track with this cans, i got my proof. That soundstage is unbelieveble. I cant imagine more natural sounding sound reproduction, which is soo extremely better then my previous headphones. Only recently i have been listening to some of my earlier productions with this cans recongizing, how bad they sound. The good is, that now i listen whats wrong with them and aside from new tracks, you can prepare yourself for new versions of older tracks from my music forge.

Future sound compilation - power from within

Hello again. This time, be prepared for more powerfull, bassy mixes, than usual. You may hear some experimental tracks, which are currently in development, so dont be too critical about the sound ;).

First track is called Imphenzia - State of confusion (adraw remix). Within this track i was experimenting mostly with bass and mellody, trying to create as stable composition as possible. Composition is decorated with dreamy arpegios and finalized with nice trancy saw lead.

Second track is named Adraw - Burst of light . Breakbeat combined with trance atmosphere and mellodies is characteristic with vibrating sunny energy. Bassline is moving under heavy sunny pressure of other instruments causing powerfull changes as the song progresses.

Third track has a name Adraw - Gluons. This track is more experimental composition, where i tried to focus on creating powerfull bassline, which is the main ellement within this track. Actually. There are two basslines cooperating to create driving feel. As both of the basses culminate, the track is broken and resolves into nice ebracing atmosphere. Everything gets calm and peaceful to be built again ;)

I hope you enjoy this track, although they are not finished. Every opinion on them would be welcome. Thanx in advance.

Toxem - time to rock

I am really glad I can introduce you my newest track. It took me pretty a lot of time to find the idea, but when I did it, the rest was just matter of hours.

Please sit down, tune yourself into mellow mellodies comming from your loudspeakers. Journey starts with progressive beat with simple, laid back bassline. After short time, you will be embraced with spacy mellodies shaped into rain-like arpegios. At 1:30, you may prepare yourself for first buildup where the atmosphere of the song reveals itself as mild, lovely mellody. Also the bass changes, it becomes more moving. When you reach half of the song, everything becomes really calm. Main mellody is introduced with nice, guitar-like bell sound. Now, the trip starts :).

As the song progresses, everything settles down, yet atmosphere remains intact. You may feel like sitting on a beach and looking on a starts, while feeling the smell of the ocean. And then the song ends, but y0u have to run it again, becouse you want to retain the serenity of the moment.

This all is called TOXEM. Please. If you like the song, let me know. You may download the song here.

F.T. - First track in 2009

This track was specially made for my friend Tomatko, who helped me in musical production a lot.

Starting with pulsating sound, this track develops into fully developed breakbeat/trance combination. Creamy snares, crispy hats and simple trancy bassline in combination with breakbeat like drum sequence create solid foundation for this electronica composition. This time I used more stable track elements to keep the track more listenable and enjoyable.

Story starts in night-like atmosphere, where realm of dreams and unknown prevails. In the middle, the atmosphere suddenly changes and moves towards more powerfull and trancy atmosphere, yet retaining dream like feel. This time, dream like atmosphere doesnt play against the rising power of trancy progression. This time they cooperate to create somehow hypnotic, yet listenable experience.

I hope you enjoy and download this track.  Please comment

Happy new year.

Basic instinct - Time for a new blood

It has been two years since I produced track called Basic instinct. This track belonged to Raging planets album - album full of experimental ideas, yet with unpolished sound. This time, I brought this track back to life with powerful bassline, nice guitar melody and stunning beat.

This track starts from nowhere, where only echoes resonate. And is building up towards big melodic climax. I dont want to deprive you of the experience. Enjoy the sound of Basic instinct as in trance mix : here
